Summer is almost upon us! Indeed with Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3 already in theaters, summer is arguably already here. But there’s still lots of weeks of movies to come, with the most fully-stocked calendar of big tentpoles since 2019. To celebrate, we’re casting our gaze forward to share our picks for our most anticipated films of the summer, as well as kick off our annual game of trying to see who can come the closest to predicting the biggest hits at the box office (Rob. It’s always Rob). We’re looking at indie dramas and Indy tentpoles, artistic cartoons and toy commercial for grown-ups, and maybe, just maybe, Tom Cruise will finally manage to kill himself in front of a movie camera for our collective enjoyment.
