One of the most technically-accomplished and just plain coolest short films ever (and the centerpiece of B-Fest), “The Wizard of Speed and Time,” has been made available online – here. Big file, but my lord is it worth it. No rights issues to worry about; the director has long made it his policy that however you see it is fine by him.
