Greetings Alternate Ending!
Many continue to wonder, “what the hell happened to Rob?!”. Well, aside from working tirelessly on making my first feature film, Hauntology, I’ve been trying to figure out how to bring the same amazing experience I’ve been able to get to the masses.
You may (or may not) be surprised to find out there are SO many great ideas out there in the movie world. Many from the hard working folks below-the-line who might have a shot at getting their project to see daylight if they could only take time to work on their project, but every minute spent on their own project is time away from earning a paycheck.
Since August, I’ve been lucky enough to collect dozens of great film concepts from talented creatives. If I could, I would fund them all, but sadly the filmmaking lifecycle takes time, so my producing partner, (and friend of the site) Catherine Clark, and I created Sizzle Pitch as a way help creatives bring their projects to life, retain creative control, and provide valuable filmmaking experiences to those who participate.
Sizzle Pitch offers movie lovers unique access to the behind-the-scenes magic of filmmaking by offering a virtual bootcamp-style experience for people who want to see how movies are made from the comfort of home. Anyone can join as there are no special skills required. It’s a door into the creative process of producing independent films.
