1. Manchester by the Sea: Don’t sleep on this two time Oscar winning movie. The Michelle Williams and Casey Affleck scene alone is worth the price of admission (May 5 on Amazon Prime)
2. Inglorious Basterds: I’ll get a lot of crap for this, but this very well might be my favorite Quentin Tarantino movie. I still make sure to hold up “3” the German way…just in case anyone is paying attention. (May 22 on Netflix)
3. Winter’s Bone: Want to see where Hollywood darling Jennifer Lawrence got one of her first starts? Now you can with this taught drama. (May 1 on Amazon Prime)
4. Southpaw: I’ve been trying to avoid actually paying money to see this Jake Gyllenhaal starring and Antoine Fuqua directed drama about a boxer trying to get his life back on track. Now that it’s streaming, I’m all in! (May 24 on Netflix)
5. The Naked Gun: Not just one, but all three Naked Gun movies are coming to streaming! Who doesn’t get a chuckle from Lieutenant Frank Drebin of Police Squad? (May 1 on Amazon Prime)
