A quick note: this week I shall be one of many guest-blogging for Nathaniel R over at Film Experience while he goes to Walt Disney World for the first time ever. He has invited myself and several other very marvelous people to write a few posts on the subject of “Magic Kingdoms,” interpreted in any way we see fit, and happily I’ve already figured out how I can bend that topic to fit one of my tirades about how movies haven’t been as good since the coming of sound.
I’m not going to talk about it any more here; I could, but then you my loyal regulars would have no reason to visit Film Experience every day and read the work of some fine writers other than myself. It’s one of the most fun film blogs out there, and I should be very glad to think that I introduced it to even a couple of people’s reading list.
