Carrie with her unique set of movie tastes decides to talk about the murderous horror film The Purge Election Year and then lightens it up with her thoughts on her theater viewing of Moana with the kids.
Both Rob and Carrie share thoughts on a little gem they found, Captain Fantastic, and it’s hard to discern who loved it more (Carrie did).
Rob also provides thoughts on two other films Get the Gringo and Danny Collins.
For the movies that were w(rec)k’ed to each other, Carrie kindly gives Rob a theater viewing of Hacksaw Ridge and Rob tests his luck with giving Carrie the social media infused Nerve.
